Capacity Building Training: 4-day Training On Planning And Budgeting

The Ministry of Cooperatives and Development of Rural Areas conducted a capacity building training for planning and budgeting with the aim of developing comprehensive project proposals to support national economic development and the emergence of One Village, One Product (OVOP) project in modern villages.

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Development of Rural Areas U Hla Moe attended the opening ceremony and gave a speech, saying that efforts are being made to narrow the development gap between rural and urban areas and states and regions.

This training is being held for the necessary capacity building of the leading directors in the region/state offices. He added that the role of planning plays a key role in the development of a business, and it is necessary to draw up plans in line with the policy and to implement for socio-economic development of the rural people.

He urged them to work hard for success with responsibilities.

The training course includes planning and budgeting, leaders and organizational development, communication technology, conflict management, holding effective meetings, lectures on public relations and project management. The training will take 4 days with interactive discussion and practical works.
