Bridge opening: Ohn Taw Kan Bridge in Boke Pyin Township opened

The Ohn Taw Kan Bridge completed construction spanned the Boke Pyin Creek of Boke Pyin Township, Taninthayi Region was opened in the morning on 25th March.

At the ceremony, the member of the State Administration Council Lt. Gen. Myo Myint Tun delivered an opening speech, the Union Minister for Construction U Shwe Lay clarified regarding with the construction of the bridge and the Taninthayi Region Chief Minister U Myat Ko gave an address.

Next, the local resident from Kamachaung Village U Aung Kyaw Kyaw Oo extended words of thanks for providing bridge constructed.

Afterward, the Union Minister U Shwe Lay, Chief Minister U Myat Ko, Commander of Coastal Command Ma-J Gen Saw Than Hlaing, deputy minister for construction U Win Pe, deputy minister for agriculture, livestock and irrigation Dr. Aung Gyi opened the bridge by cutting the ceremonial ribbon.

Then, the member of the State Administration Council Lt. Gen. Myo Myint Tun unveiled the Bridge stone inscription by pressing the auto button. And then, the Bridge stone inscription was sprinkled with the scented water, inspected the bridge by walking on it and cordially greeted the local people.
