Books and Publications: Meeting on government printing management

A work coordination meeting of the Government Printing Management Committee was held on Friday at the Ministry of Information. Committee Chairman and Union Minister U Htein Lin stressed the need for government-funded books and publications to be printed systematically through state-owned printing facilities in line with official guidelines.

He called for closer coordination among relevant agencies. Committee members discussed the capacity of government printing presses, their ability to produce high-quality publications, and ways to improve printing operations. The meeting concluded with closing remarks by the Union Minister.
