President Joe Biden was in North Carolina, touring one of the largest Historically Black Colleges and Universities, on Thursday promoting his economic plans.

The president visited with students and faculty at the Engineering Research & Innovation Complex at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where students demonstrated their robotic work.

This is the second trip for Biden this week around the country, hoping to highlight his plans to boost domestic supply chains and high-tech workforces.

It comes after a Tuesday stop in Iowa to announce that his administration was granting a waiver to allow more ethanol in gasoline year-round, a move that officials estimated would shave 10 cents per gallon off gasoline prices - but at just 2,300 gas stations out of the nation’s more than 100,000.
