Beijing court as hearings for MH370 victims begin

On Monday, a Beijing court is due to begin compensation hearings for the families of Chinese victims who died on Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 which disappeared nearly 10 years ago.

About 40 Chinese families are taking these companies to court with varying but largely overlapping appeals, with hearings expected to last until December 5. Of the more than 200 people aboard the flight, 153 were Chinese nationals.
