



Completion ceremony of the 41st Diploma in Accounting [DA] course took place on Friday at the Office of the Auditor General in Nay Pyi Taw.
In his address at the ceremony, Union Auditor General [UAG] Dr. Kan Zaw stressed that accounting is a subject that can contribute to the country's economic development and it is necessary to carry out activities with accounting knowledge in accordance with international accounting standards with full skills.
He also urged the attendees to act with responsibility and accountability in accordance with ethics and to serve the country. It’s reported that the 41st Diploma in Accounting [DA] course took 10 months and was attended by 38 persons from 13 ministries and organizations, assessment test will be held in September.
Also, the Union Auditor General attended the completion ceremony of the 100th Grade-2 and Grade-3 Accounting and Office Skills Training course and made remarks. This 3-month training course was attended by 204 persons.
