ASEAN Military Operation Meeting Myanma Tatmadaw Delegation Attended 12th AMOM

Myanmar delegation led by Lt-Gen Moe Myint Tun attended the 12th ASEAN Military Operation Meeting (12th AMOM) in Phnom Penh of Cambodia on Tuesday.

Major General Pen Sokrethvithyea of Royal Cambodian Army made an opening speech, followed by the discussions on the topic “Solidarity for Harmonised Security” by the member states. The 2-year work plan for 2022-2024 of ASEAN Armies was also sought for approval.

After the closing speech by the meeting Chair, the Chairmanship of 13th AMOM was handed over to the leader of Indonesian Army Delegation who later made a hand-over speech.
