ASEAN Military Intelligence Meeting: Myanmar Delegation Attended AMIM-19

Myanmar delegation led by Chief of Military Security Affairs Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo attended the  19th ASEAN Military Intelligence Meeting-AMIM-19 in Phnom Penh of Cambodia on Tuesday. Cambodian Royal Army Chief of Research and Intelligence Lt-Gen Hun Manith chaired the meeting and made an opening speech.

The attendees from ASEAN member states made discussions on the topic “Solidarity for Harmonized Security”.

They also discussed the exchange program of junior intelligent officers, establishment of ASEAN military intelligent community and issuing the Joint Statement. After the closing speech, the Chairmanship off AMIM-20 was handed over to the leader of Indonesian Military delegation who later gave a hand-over speech.
