Appointment of USC Judges: NDSC appointed Union Supreme Court Judges

The Office of the National Defence and Security Council of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar issued an Order No. 38/2025 Appointed the Union Supreme Court Judges on 17th September 2025.

According to the Order, The National Defence and Security Council appoints U Win Myint, Daw Soe Khet Khet, Daw Thin Thin Cho as Judges of the Union Supreme Court under the Section 427 (b) of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The order is signed by the Executive Chief of NDSC U Aung Lin Dwe.
