Anti-Corruption: ACC Chairman meets Mawlamyine Branch staff

Anti-Corruption Commission Chairman U Soe Thein met with staff at the Commission’s Mawlamyine branch on May 30.

During the meeting, officials presented updates on office operations, staff appointments, public awareness programs, and investigation activities.

The chairman urged employees to work in unity, remain politically neutral, uphold integrity, and serve the public responsibly.

He also emphasized expanding anti-corruption awareness campaigns, especially among students and young people, and highlighted the Commission’s work in education, prevention, and investigation. Following the meeting, the chairman provided rice, cooking oil, and eggs to staff families and inspected office facilities and staff housing while meeting with employees and their families.
