Ani-Illegal Trade: Work Coordination Meeting (1/2024) held in NPT

Regarding the clearance of illegal trades within the Union Territory Nay Pyi Taw Council Area, a work coordination meeting (1/2024) of Nay Pyi Taw Anti-Illegal Trade Eradication Special Task Force was held at Nay Pyi Taw Council Office Meeting Room in the morning on Monday along with the attendance of Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman U Than Tun Oo, Council Members, and Nay Pyi Taw level departmental officials.

First, Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman U Than Tun Oo said that the Nay Pyi Taw Anti-Illegal Trade Eradication Special Task Force is urged to carry out the special monitoring works to prevent illegal trades and illegal sales of goods, drugs, agricultural products and fuel.

He also called for taking effective actions against the motor vehicles and motorcycles without license through continuous investigation in line with the law and the responsible personal require to implement for handing over of the seized vehicles and devices rapidly for ensuring not to damage them practicing civil service disciplines and ethics.

He also added that efforts are needed to make for the development of registered works while preventing the illegal businesses and collaborative measures are also needed as a national duty for eradicating illegal businesses. 

Afterwards, Nay Pyi Taw Council Member Police Col. Ko Ko Lwin and departmental officials reported the work implementation measures and progress not to be present the illegal trades in Nay Pyi Taw.

Upon the reports, the Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman U Than Tun Oo supplemented the needs and gave a concluding remark.
