






The 12th day of the third Amyotha Hluttaw second regular session was held in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday, with 205 of 209 Hluttaw Representatives in attendance.
The Hluttaw Representatives raised questions on restarting the Dawei Deep Seaport Project, building farm roads in southern Shan State, and providing affordable fertilizer to farmers in Kachin State. Deputy Ministers for Commerce, and Cooperatives and Rural Development responded to the questions.
The Speaker also informed that the Anti-Online Scam Bill had been returned by the Pyithu Hluttaw with amendments and invited Hluttaw Representatives to register for discussion. The Hluttaw then continued debate on a proposal urging the Union Government to ease recruitment requirements and expand job opportunities for university graduates in government ministries. Six Hluttaw Representatives took part in the discussion.
