Albanese sworn in as Australia's new PM; Wong as FM

Australia's new Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was sworn on Monday in a ceremony in Canberra. Albanese was sworn in in a short ceremony by Australian Governor General David Hurley, and then proceeded to name some members of his cabinet, who were then sworn in themselves.

Among them was Penny Wong, sworn in as Minister for Foreign Affairs. During his victory speech on Saturday Albanese said his intention was to "end the climate wars", and "take advantage of the opportunity for Australia to be able to be a renewable energy superpower."
