Affordable Housing: Those Allowed To Buy Apartments Of DUHD Announced

The Department of Urban and Housing Development (DUHD)of the Ministry of Construction is implementing affordable housing projects for the people. DUHD in Yangon announced those who have been allowed to buy its apartments.

249 apartments of the Department of Urban and Housing Development were sold through drawing lot system on29th December and the notice to people who have the right to purchase the flats are announced during  5th to 7th January 2020.

Win Naing, Deputy Director (Housing Development), Department of Urban and Housing Development said “After taking out the inform letters on banking loan, they will inform the Construction, Housing & Infrastructure Development (CHID) Bank. Those who won lots for purchasing Yuzanaand Thilawa affordable housings will inform the branch of CHID Bank in Yazana Garden City Housing. Those who won lots for buying HlaingThayaKyan Sit Min housing and HteeHlaing Shin affordable housing will inform CHID bank branch in HlaingThaya Township, respectively.”

The deadline line for this process is 5th to 31st January. The Department of Urban and Housing Development urged those who have been allowed to purchase the apartments to carry out the documents on banking process, personal data and household lists for banking loan during the deadline.
