420 million yen taken in robbery

Tokyo police search for 3 men over two similar assaults occurred in Tokyo, one in Taito Ward and the other at Haneda Airport. The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department said three attackers used a pepper spray-like substance and stole suitcases containing 420 million yen from five people in Taito Ward on Thursday night. 

Likewise, a man in his 50s was assaulted near his vehicle in a parking lot adjacent to Haneda airport’s Terminal 3. In both incidents, a pepper spray-like substance was used. Since three individuals appear to have been involved in the crimes, police are investigating whether the two cases are connected.
