3rd Day of Youth Strategy Forum: Forum successfully closed and declaration made

The third day of the Future Front Myanmar: Youth Strategy Forum 2025, held under the slogan "Advancing Myanmar with Full Force of Youth Power," continued on September 1st at Myanmar Convention Center (MCC) in Yangon.

First, workshop discussions were held under the title of the Future Front Myanmar: Youth Strategy Forum 2025. Participants divided into groups to discuss five topics: future education and skills; economic opportunities and youth entrepreneurship; civic participation and youth leadership; sustainability and climate action; and global connectivity and cultural promotion.

Following this, youth students from the Nay Pyi Taw Council Territory, regions, and states participated in Energizer Quizzes as part of the "Refreshing and Awakening Puzzle Program." Then, youth representatives explained the discussions their groups had conducted.

Next, Deputy Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Zin Min Htet and officials from the Myanmar Narrative Think Tank awarded prizes to the youth groups. Next, youth students from the Nay Pyi Taw Council Territory, regions, and states responded to a youth perspective and desire survey.

U Zaw Oo, Executive Director of the Myanmar Narrative Think Tank, explained the survey. Then, U Ko Ko, Chairman of Myanmar Narrative Think Tank, explained the drafting of the Future Front Myanmar: Youth Strategy Forum 2025 Declaration (draft) and the formation of a post-forum youth network for the new generation that will build the future.

Subsequently, 15 youth representatives from the Nay Pyi Taw Council Territory, regions, and states confirmed and read aloud the Future Front Myanmar: Youth Strategy Forum 2025 Declaration for the new generation that will build the future.

The closing ceremony of the Future Front Myanmar: Youth Strategy Forum 2025 was then held. Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein and Myanmar Narrative Think Tank Chairman U Ko Ko, expressed their gratitude and joy for the successful holding of the forum.

The Yangon Region Youth Affairs Supporting Work Committee then performed the forum's theme song, and the forum was concluded. After the forum, the Region Chief Minister and officials toured the MSME exhibition stalls displayed at the Myanmar Convention Center (MCC).

The Future Front Myanmar: Youth Strategy Forum 2025was held for three days from August 30 to September 1 at the Myanmar Convention Center (MCC) in Yangon. On the final day, a forum declaration was released for the new generation that will build the nation's future.

The forum included discussions among ethnic youth from Nay Pyi Taw Council, regions, and states, and concluded with a resolution to build the nation's future through mutual respect, shared learning, and collective creativity.

The declaration aims to build a country that is peaceful, with rule of law and security, and one that is developed, united, and harmonious with its environment and economy. The declaration outlines the goals of Myanmar's youth in several areas, including education and knowledge, economic development and human resource improvement, environmental conservation, equality and social stability, democracy and capable leadership, and youth responsibility.
