2023 Run the Track Kicks Off at Shanghai Circuit

The 2023 Run the Track running activity was held at Shanghai International Circuit on Sunday morning, gathering 4,500 participants in the two disciplines of the 21.6-kilometer race run and the 5.4km happy run. It's the first large-scale road race held in Shanghai after the COVID-19 rules changed.

This competition requires participants to be at least 18 years old. Runners who have experienced fever, cold or COVID-19 infection in the first four weeks are not allowed to participate in the race. Players who participate in the Happy Run and the Speed Run need to finish 1 lap and 4 laps.

This year's event attracted the participation of 87 foreign runners from 25 countries and regions. From next month, more large-scale road race events will be held in Shanghai, which will also encourage runners to join in.
