11 lives lost in road accident in India’s Uttar Pradesh

In a tragic mishap in Uttar Pradesh, India state, at least 11 people died in a multi-vehicle road accident.

The tragedy involved several vehicles, including a truck, a trailer and two four-wheelers. According to preliminary reports, a truck crashed into the Bolero, the Swift car and a trailer, triggering both four wheelers to catch fire.

An investigation has been launched, and efforts are on to identify the victims. President Dropadi Murmu expressed grief over the loss of lives in accident. In a post on X she wrote she shared her condolences for the loss of lives in the road accident and wished for the speedy recovery of the injured.
