1 Million Tulips Wow Visitors at Shanghai's Chongming Flower Festival

Nearly 1 million tulips are blooming at Dongping National Forest Park on Shanghai's Chongming Island. Starting from this Thursday, the 42-day Chongming Flower Festival will also kick off at the park. Tulip is the main flower featured in this Flower Festival.

During the Flower Festival, the total exhibition area of Dongping National Forest Park is about 480,000 square meters, with over 600 varieties of flowers and more than 2.5 million plants. Dongping National Forest Park has also launched a yearly membership card worth of 88 yuan. During the Flower Festival, Chongming will also launch various preferential activities to attract citizens to go out and enjoy flowers.
