In the first seven months of this year, Vietnam spent nearly 1.87 billion USD on importing completely built-up (CBU) cars.

Specifically, over 79,800 CBU cars of all types were imported, representing a 2.4% increase in volume and a 0.1% increase in turnover compared to the same period last year.

Of these, approximately 72,000 cars were imported from three major markets in Asia: Thailand, Indonesia, and China, accounting for 90% of the total CBU imports in the country over the past seven months.
