Data from the Statistics and Census Service show that visitors spent 17.48 billion patacas in the SAR from April to June, leading to an over threefold increase year-on-year.

The figures show that overnight visitors have spent a total of 14.58 billion patacas, while non-overnight visitors spent 2.9 billion patacas in Macau during the period.

In terms of visitor comments, 70 percent of visitors were satisfied with the services provided by travel agencies, up 9.5 percentage points from the previous quarter.

And for the public transport, 77.9 percent praised the services, down 6.5 percentage points from the previous quarter.
