Providing Assistance: Foodstuff provided for the displaced persons

Kachin State Government is providing assistance to the displaced persons, being evacuated for instability in the region.
On 18th April, the Chief Minister visited the displaced persons who have been fled from Wuyan Village-tract to Waimaw. During the visit, the Chief Minister and officials encouraged them, pledging to provide the needs as much as possible in soonest manner.
The Chief Minister and officials later presented rice and instant noodle packages worth over 11.9 million kyats for the displaced persons who are taking shelter at Euclypt Kone and Lawngwaw Literature and Cultural Association Ofice in No.3 Ward as well as at the KBC Camp in Naung Chein Village respectively.
The Chief Minister and party later oversaw the welfare arrangements for the displaced persons at Lawngwaw Literature and Cultural Association, and Lisu Baptist Church in Eucalypt Kone.
