Opening of capacity building training: MoEA Union Minister gave an opening address

The Union Minister for Ethnic Affairs Jeng Phang Naw Taung gave an address at the opening ceremony of staffs’ office work capacity enhancement training of the Ministry was held at the meeting hall of the Ministry in the morning on 27th February.

In his opening address, the Union Minister said that the training is intended for the personnel who are serving the Ministry of Ethnic Affairs for the interest of the State and the people to enhance the capacity of work performance and facilitate in the implementation for the good governance system.

The Ministry is focusing on the capacity enhancement of individual personnel and carrying out giving internal training and occasionally sending to the trainings invited by the Union Civil Service Board.

The public service personnel and departmental officials are serving duties on behalf of the government and the personnel and the departments which are bridging between the government and the people. Those are needed to be implementing the interest of the people with righteousness and loyality. The training is attended 58 trainees and will be conducted for two weeks, it’s reported.
