Nepal’s first rainbow conference

First Rainbow International Tourism Conference took place in Kathmandu of Nepal. At the conference, LGBTQ participants and experts in their field spoke on pink tourism and bringing inclusiveness in the tourism sector to boost the economy of any country.
The conference cover diverse topics such as LGBTI+ travel, accessible tourism, cultural sensitivity, and community engagement, aiming to create a more inclusive and equitable tourism sector.
Through collaborative efforts with key stakeholders, including the Nepal Tourism Board, international organizations such as the World Bank and USAID, and the vibrant private sector, this conference endeavored to champion initiatives that celebrate the rich tapestry of human diversity.
