Marking one year before the world's sporting gaze turns towards Paris, French track and field prodigy Sasha Zhoya, tipped to be one to watch in Paris, has displayed a stunning feat by rooftop hurdling at the iconic Stade de France.

Zhoya exhibited his skills 46 metres above the ground - the same track where he aspires to face off against global competitors in a year's time. Zhoya, originally from Perth, Australia, has steadily built a career in athletics.

The 21-year-old has already achieved notable milestones in his Athletics career. His major feat came in August 2021 when he clinched the 110 metres hurdles at the World U20 Championships in Nairobi, setting a new world record of 12.72 seconds.

Currently, he's training for the next challenge competing in Paris at the well-known Stade de France.
