Agriculture Development :Dy. Minister met with faculties and students in Yezin

Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, Dr. Aung Gyi on 30th May met with the Rectors, officials and students of the Yezin Agricultural University and University of Veterinary Science to fulfill the needs of the teachers and students.

Speaking at the occasion, the Deputy Minister discussed about the student enrollment for 2023-2024 Academic Year, teaching process, safety, health and development matters and gave neccessary instructions to organize sports and other development activities for the students.

Then, the deputy Minister and officials inspected the classrooms of the universities and provided foodstuff for the students. The 2023-2024 Academic Year classes of the Yezin Agricultural University have been opened since 22nd May and there are a total of 1,342 students including postgraduate students are attending the university.
