India-Germany strengthen technology cooperation

India and Germany are looking to strengthen cooperation in advanced technology, manufacturing and research and development.

India’s Minister for Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal had a significant interaction with heads of selected Fraunhofer Institutes in Germany. He highlighted how German precision technology & India’s skilled talent can come together to drive innovation at an affordable cost.  The Minister also emphasised that the India-EU FTA opens immense opportunities to combine complementary strengths.
