Inspection of Heat Relief Camp: Mon State CM inspected heat relief camp in Mudon

To protect the public from the dangers of heat stroke that may arise due to the El Niño weather phenomenon, Mon State Chief Minister U Aung Win Than, state ministers, and responsible officials inspected the establishment of a heat relief camp at the Lay Htat Sasana Beikman in Mudon Township, this morning. They met with responsible officials and coordinated to fulfill necessary requirements.

Following this, the Chief Minister and officials visited and encouraged the home garden vegetable cultivation undertaken on a subsistence and commercial scale on a 4.50-acre plot in Hmein Ka Neim Village, Mudon Township and provided necessary assistance. They also inspected the water distribution status for agricultural activities from the Azin Reservoir, instructing that water should not be wasted and should be utilized systematically and effectively, it was reported.
