City Beautification Projects: Infrastructure development works in Magway

Magway Region Chief Minister U Tin Ko Ko, accompanied by senior Tatmadaw officers, region ministers and departmental officials, inspected city beautification projects in Magway on Sunday.

During the inspection at Kantha Mingalar Lake, the Chief Minister instructed officials to maintain cleanliness, greenery and water inlet and outlet systems to keep the lake clean, peaceful and suitable for public recreation. The Chief Minister and party then proceeded to the River View Point Pavilion and heard reports on work completion status.

The Chief Minister stressed the need to maintain the buildings’ structural integrity and preserve the riverbank’s cleanliness and beautification. He also instructed officials to ensure sturdy and orderly sidewalk construction along Natmauk Road and Bogyoke Road, while maintaining roadside cleanliness and order to improve pedestrian safety and promote a modern urban environment.
