Syria signs deal with UAE developer for Damascus, Latakia projects

Syria signed a framework agreement with Emirati developer Eagle Hills Properties on Monday for two major property development projects near Damascus and in Latakia, as the country seeks foreign investment to finance reconstruction after years of war. One project is to include apartments, villas, hotels and shops, while the Latakia development includes housing, tourism facilities and a marina.
