Asian Bodybuilding Championships: Myanmar wins two gold and two bronze medals

Myanmar’s bodybuilding team won two gold and two bronze medals at the 58th Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships 2026, being held in Bangkok, Thailand, from September 22 to 28.

Hein Zaw Lin won gold in the Men’s Bodybuilding up to 65 kg category, while Nay Myo Htut took gold in the Men’s Sports Physique up to 170 cm category. Aung Htut won bronze in the Men’s Bodybuilding up to 60 kg category, while Moe Thet Khaing secured bronze in the Women’s Wellness Physique category. Hein Zaw Lin also received the Best Poser 2026 Asia award in the 65 kg bodybuilding category. Myanmar sent six athletes, along with coaches, officials and judges, to compete in the championship.
