Meeting with Families : C-in-C meets with Tatmadawmen in Yangon

Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services General Ye Win Oo met with military officers, Tatmadaw personnel and their families at Yangon Station on Friday.

The Commander-in-Chief stressed the importance of training for combat readiness, maintaining discipline, and ensuring physical fitness, skills and bravery. He also emphasized administration, welfare activities, education promotion and human resource development for Tatmadawmen and their family members.

He outlined plans to support war veterans, including providing accommodation and other basic needs. He urged all personnel to strive to become good leaders by showing sympathy and empathy towards their subordinates.

He also stressed that effective action will be taken against cases of treason and violations of discipline. He called on all personnel to remain loyal to the nation and the Tatmadaw while upholding honesty and making dedicated efforts in their duties.
