Visiting Buddhist University : President visits Preah Sihamoniraja Buddhist University

President U Min Aung Hlaing visited Preah Sihamoniraja Buddhist University in Phnom Penh on Saturday. The President paid homage to the Buddha image at the university and received religious guidance from the Supreme Patriarch of Cambodia, Samdech Preah Abhisiri Sugandha Mohasangharajah Dhipiti Bour Kry.

They also discussed the construction of the International Peace Cambodia-Myanmar Dormitory in Kampong Speu Province, which is being built as a symbol of friendship between the two countries.

The President presented a Buddha image, a record book on the construction of the Maravijaya Buddha, religious offerings and donations to the Supreme Patriarch, who in return presented a commemorative gift marking Myanmar-Cambodia friendship. The President and members of the delegation later toured the university campus with the Supreme Patriarch before leaving the university.
