Lionel Messi played his first match for Inter Miami since announcing his retirement from international football.

The football star set up both goals for the Major League Soccer champions as the team drew 2-2 with Atlanta United on Saturday. He started a move down the left that eventually allowed former Liverpool and Barcelona striker Luis Suárez to calmly finish and restore Miami’s lead. Hundreds of fans gathered at NU Stadium, Florida to show their support and affection for the football star.
