







On Wednesday, a Job Fair was held at the Monywa University of Economics to offer job opportunities for the 2025-2026 Academic Year, final year students from the university.
Chief Minister U Ko Lay formally opened the event and delivered remarks. He highlighted the purposes of the job fair, which is to facilitate direct access for students to best employment opportunities while enabling participating companies to recruit highly qualified and capable human resources.
Underscoring the critical role of human capital in advancing the nation’s socio-economic development, the Chief Minister encouraged students to pursue career opportunities and workplaces that align with their interests, and professional aspirations.
He also urged them to continuously enhance their knowledge, skills, and competencies in order to strengthen their professional capabilities and ensure long-term career development and sustainability. The Chief Minister and officials later made a tour to exhibitions and galleries on display which include booths from the departments, private banks and MSME entrepreneurs.
