Inspection of Floating Hotels: MOCHT UM inspected ship hotels in Mandalay

Union Minister for Culture, Hotels and Tourism U Maung Myint, accompanied by the directors-general and departmental officials of the ministry, inspected the “RV-Samatha,” “RV-Amarapura,” “RV-Princess,” and “RV-PanHtwar” ship hotels operating as floating hotels at the Yadanarbon Shipyard Jetty in Mandalay, on the afternoon of August 22.

During the inspection, officials from the ship hotels gave detailed explanations on the arrangements made in various sectors to enable guests to relax and stay comfortably aboard the vessels. Afterward, the Union Minister and officials inspected the arrangements and conditions inside and outside the guest rooms where services are being provided, as well as the dining rooms, ballrooms, and the open-air decks arranged for guests to enjoy sightseeing and scenic views. Based on the explanations and the inspection, the Union Minister gave necessary guidance and instructions, it’s reported.
