Government officials and support personnel arrived in Khampat with relief supplies to help restore public administration and basic services after authorities regained control of the town. A total of 37 people, including 35 government staff and two family members, traveled from Kalay to Khampat on Saturday.

They were welcomed by local officials, security personnel, and residents. The officials are expected to reopen government offices, schools, and hospitals, while providing assistance to local communities. Authorities also said some displaced residents have begun returning to their homes as reconstruction and public services resume.
