Youth Dialogue: AI and the future of youth

A Youth Dialogue on "AI and the Future of Youth" was held on Wednesday at Naypyitaw State Polytechnic University. The event was jointly organized by the Myanmar Central Committee for Youth Affairs, the Nay Pyi Taw Council Youth Affairs Committee, and the university. In his opening remarks, Vice Chairman (1) of the Central Committee Union Minister Dr. Maung Thin encouraged young people to use AI wisely and ethically, stressing that AI should be a tool rather than something to depend on.

During the event, sports equipment were also donated to the university. Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw also urged young people to improve their knowledge and skills, take part in national development, and use AI responsibly. The event featured a panel discussion on "AI and the Future of Youth". Participants discussed the opportunities and challenges of AI, while students also asked questions and shared their views.
