100-Day Plan Activities: Rakhine State CM observed 100-day plan activities

Rakhine State Chief Minister U Naing Oo attended, a knowledge-sharing seminar and business license registration ceremony organized by the Rakhine State Government at Khine Thazin Hall in Sittwe Monday morning to support the development of MSMEs under the 100-day plan.

 

First, the Chief Minister attended the seminar and business license registration ceremony at Khine Thazin Hall in Sittwe related to the development of MSMEs under the 100-day plan and delivered an opening speech.

Afterward, the Chief Minister presented business licenses to entrepreneurs and toured the hall where departmental officials were assisting with business licensing and registration procedures. He also warmly greeted and met with attending MSMEs business owners.

 

Next, the Chief Minister and officials visited Basic Education High School No. (1), where the Rakhine State Government was holding painting, cartoon, poster, and computer graphic competitions to commemorate the 39th International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. They observed and encouraged students participating in the competitions.

 

The Chief Minister and delegation also toured the school enrollment week activities for the 2026–2027 academic year, where students and parents were enrolling at schools, and distributed printed textbooks and stationery to students.

 

Afterward, the Chief Minister and officials visited the management committee office in Hman Si Village, where under the 100-day plan, the State Public Health Department’s director, doctors, and nurses were providing healthcare services to residents from Hman Si မှန်စီ Village, nearby villages, and internally displaced persons (IDP) camps. The Chief Minister observed and encouraged the healthcare activities and coordinated with responsible officials regarding necessary support.

 

The Chief Minister and officials then met with departmental staff serving at the management committee office and gave necessary instructions, it’s reported.
