Rebuilding Towns: Efforts under to restore Falam, Tedim and Tonzang

Efforts were made to rebuild Falam, Tedim, and Tonzang towns in Chin State, which were damaged due to Chin insurgent activities.

Following instructions from the Head of State, officials are working to restore the affected areas as soon as possible. Construction materials such as cement, roofing sheets, and nails were sent from Mandalay, while relief supplies for returning residents including household items, kitchen supplies, and personal hygiene products were sent from Nay Pyi Taw.

The deliveries were transported by military aircraft. On Sunday, 10 tons of cement, 10 tons of roofing sheets, over 123 viss of nails, and more than 3 tons of relief supplies were delivered. These items will be distributed to the respective townships and further support will continue based on the needs of the local areas.
