Macron hosts international summit on “One Health” in Lyon

French President Emmanuel Macron hosted the heads of state of Ghana, Cambodia, and Botswana, along with representatives from several NGOs, at an international summit in Lyon.

The summit, organised by France, focused on “One Health” issues, marking the first time President Macron has convened world leaders specifically on this topic. Since taking office in 2017, Macron has regularly organised “One Planet” summits to address global environmental challenges.
