UN pushes fuel solution for Cuba aid work amid US talks

The United Nations had proposed an emergency plan for crisis-hit Cuba, including tracking fuel use, amid talks with the United States, a UN official said on Wednesday.

He added that the plan was also allowed to Cuba energy imports for humanitarian services in negotiation with US.
