Inspection of Sports Trainings: Rakhine State CM inspected sports trainings

Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin and state government members visited and encouraged participants of the 2026 Summer Youth Development Courses organized by the Rakhine State Government on the evening of March 16th.

First, the Chief Minister and officials toured various training venues to observe classes and offer words of encouragement. They visited the volleyball course being conducted at the Dhanyawati ဓညဝတီ Indoor Stadium, the aerobics course at the Education Hall of the Sittwe District Education Office, and the men's and women's football and athletics courses at the Dhanyawati Sports Ground.

Following the inspections, State Chief Minister presented cash awards to trainees of each respective course.

On March 17th, at noon, Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin, accompanied by state government members, attended the Rakhine State Farmland Management Committee's work coordination meeting held at the meeting hall of the State Government Office and delivered an opening address.

During the meeting, the Secretary of the Rakhine State Farmland Management Committee and State Director of the Department of Agricultural Land Management and Statistics (DALMS) explained and presented matters requiring discussion and decision. State government members, attendees present in person, and those participating via video conference collectively offered suggestions and discussed the matters.

Subsequently, the Chairman of the Rakhine State Farmland Management Committee State Chief Minister provided responses to the discussions and delivered the concluding remarks, it’s reported.
