Over 1,650 mosques in Makkah ready for Ramadan’s final days

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance confirmed the readiness of more than 1,650 mosques and support prayer areas in Makkah, city in Saudi Arabia and the Central Area, alongside several hotel prayer rooms near the Grand Mosque, for the final ten days of Ramadan.

These facilities aim to accommodate worshippers for Taraweeh and Tahajjud prayers as part of ministry efforts to reduce crowding within the Grand Mosque. The ministry urged worshippers, pilgrims, and visitors to perform prayers in these prepared mosques and designated areas to alleviate congestion.
