Mongolian Embassy organizes annual horse race in Bulgaria

The Mongolian Embassy in Bulgaria held annual horse race during the traditional Todorov Day celebration. This year’s event marked the 22nd edition of the race and was particularly significant as it was held after the adoption of the resolution “World Horse Day, initiated by the President of Mongolia.

Mongolia and Bulgaria both have long traditions of respecting and honoring horses, regarding horses as symbols of livelihood, happiness, courage, and freedom. The celebration also featured performances of traditional songs and music to promote folk art and culture.
