Law Relating to Private Healthcare: NDSC enacted amendment law on private healthcare

The National Defense and Security Council has enacted the Law Amending the Law Relating to Private Health Care Services (2026) (The National Defense and Security Council Law No. 7/2026) on February 17, 2026, in accordance with Section 427 of the Constitution. The law consists of 10 Sections and Sub-Sections. It was signed by Acting President Senior General Min Aung Hlaing in accordance with the provisions of Section 427 of the Constitution.
