Rubio says Trump 'deeply committed' to Hungarian PM Orban's 'success'

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio expressed firm support for Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban ahead of Hungary’s parliamentary elections scheduled for April. Speaking at a joint press conference in Budapest, Rubio said President Donald Trump remains strongly committed to Orban’s leadership, describing the US-Hungary relationship as essential to Washington’s strategic interests in Central Europe.

Marco Rubio, US Secretary of State said  "President Trump is deeply committed to your success, because your success is our success, because this relationship we have here in Central Europe through you is so essential and vital for our national interests."

Orban is facing a significant challenge from a united opposition bloc in the upcoming vote, while Rubio emphasized the importance of continued cooperation between the two governments.
