Putin welcomes UAE President Al Nahyan for Kremlin talks

Russian President Vladimir Putin welcomed UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to Moscow for talks. The meeting comes after US-brokered trilateral negotiations in the UAE between Russian and Ukrainian negotiators this week. The next round of trilateral talks in the UAE is expected to take place on February 1.
