The traditional Snow Volleyball Festival in Turkiye

The traditional Snow Volleyball Festival in Turkiye was held for the 33rd time this year. Despite harsh winter conditions, the event created colorful scenes in Yenice Village.

The festival began with a cortege carrying Turkish flags, followed by matches played by villagers at an altitude of 2010 meters. The organization aims to pass this tradition down to younger generations, with participants of all ages taking part in the snow volleyball matches.
