Floodwaters submerge streets and shops in Brittany town as river rises

The rapid rise of the Laïta river causes flooding in the town Centre of Quimperlé, in French , submerging quays, streets and shops in the lower part of the town. The French departments of Finistère and Morbihan have been kept under orange alert for flooding on Thursday, although the rain–flood warning has been lifted, according to Météo-France.
